U.S. Waterproofing maintains “Superior” rating on Angie’s List

U.S. Waterproofing & Construction Company was recently recognized for achieving and maintaining a “superior” service rating on Angie’s List throughout 2004 in the category of basement waterproofing.
Angie’s List collects customer satisfaction ratings on local service companies. The organization gathers detailed feedback from thousands of homeowners regarding their service experiences with companies they have hired within the last six months. Each year they award their Super Service Award to the cream of the crop in each category.
“We hear both the good and bad experiences from our members,” said Angie Hicks, founder of Angie’s List. “The Super Service Award is just one more way we can help our members feel more confident about the decisions they make, and at the same time recognize those companies that day-in and day-out have made a commitment to high quality service for all of their customers.”
Angie’s List takes the “ask your neighbor” solution for finding service companies to a higher level. The organization maintains homeowner ratings in more than 250 categories, including diverse services ranging from basement waterproofers to plumbers and manicurists to roofers and chandelier cleaners. Angie’s List services over 132,000 homeowners and is active in 20 major markets.
Unlike referral-type services, companies do not pay to be on Angie’s List, nor can they put themselves on the list. Furthermore, Angie’s List does not accept any payment or “kickbacks” from the companies for work performed. The list is strictly based on the feedback of area homeowners, who are members of Angie’s List.
