Now it hasn’t rained heavy yet, and I sure hate to jinx myself, but…
I can’t tell you how happy I was with the work of Israel and his crew at my house. Being a business owner, I know how hard it is to find good help. And you guys should kiss the ground every day that you found this guy. Yeh, I’m sure that he might not be perfect as an employee, but he certainly made this customer very happy.
They were on-time. They were efficient. They were very courteous. They obviously knew what they were doing. They seemed to work well as a crew together. They called me down occasionally to show me the work-in-progress
so that I knew how everything worked. I saw no sloppy work. They did a great job on the floor finishing, and cleaned up near-perfectly when done. Did I mention they washed my car too! ( ok, just kidding on that last one )
Really - unless this thing fails miserably to work, which I think will never happen, then your company took care of me ( including the change order ) when you said you would, in near-perfect fashion. After dealing with so many vendors and companies that fail to deliver, U.S. Waterproofing sent me a fantastic crew, and I am very happy with their work. In retrospect, this was probably the smartest investment I have made on this house.
I would not hesitate to recommend your firm to anyone, and please thank your crew for me again.
