My name is _____ and I would like to commend you on two of your ‘installers’ or ‘laborers’. Although I am not quite certain of their names, please check my records and verify who came to do the work (10/10/03 and 11/20/03), however, the names of the contract papers appear to state ‘Greg/Pat’.
As a very brief history, recently I lost my husband and am faced with a number of household chores I am not used to handling, one being detecting a leak in my basement. Of course, I received the estimate and the two workers came to repair my one leak, they discovered three additional leaks. At first I was quite upset that the estimator did not find these additional leak, but then I did not ask them to look for other leaks. In any event, these two workers did their job, helped me in moving things in my basement to get to the leaks, and repaired three other leaks. Of course, it was their job and it did make money for U.S. Waterproofing.
What I want to point out it that first, they were on time (I asked for the first appointment); second, they were so friendly and explained every single thing they were doing, probably more than I needed to know; and lastly, they cleaned up after themselves and when they left, I felt comfortable that I had done the right thing.
Unfortunately, the workers had to return on November 20, 2003 to repair one on the leaks in the basement (which turned out to be nothing) and a bigger leak in my family room and, much to my surprise, the same two men were dispatched. Again, they were very prompt, friendly, fast, and pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend your company if the rest of the employees are like the two that helped me out. Too often we are quick to complain or report workers that do not perform to out satisfaction. This was not the case. In any event, please make note of these two employees. They are a compliment to your company.”
